Did someone say seasonal candles? We would be remised not to include one of the most exciting wonders of our home planet Earth into our Astronomy collection: our seasons. We will start with a candle for the Fall. This vibrant fragrance embodies the season of Autumn with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla with subtle hints of apple. This is everything you need for your Fall candle fix.
Get this candle while supplies last! It will only be available for a limited time until the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21, 2022) marks the next season and limited edition candle.
Equinoxes and solstices indicate the start and end of our seasons, an effect of the Earth's 23.5° axial tilt in rotation while revolving around the Sun. Solstices identify when your area (hemisphere) of Earth is either closest to the Sun, Summer Solstice, or furthest from it, Winter Solstice. Equinoxes, however, can be seen as a transitionary period where both hemispheres are almost equal in distance from the Sun. This positioning manifests in temperature changes that alter our weather and, in areas further from the equator, our trees.
